Houston, TX (Hybrid) Full Time | Senior Level Compensation: $99,000 – $130,000 base salary (Depending on experience; additional incentives may apply)

The Senior Net Revenue Analyst plays a critical role in supporting financial performance by analyzing net revenue, reimbursement structures, and trends across commercial and government payors.
This is a hybrid position. Candidates must live in Houston or the surrounding area and be able to report onsite on short notice.
Must‑Have Qualifications (Non‑Negotiable)
Kodiak (Crowe) experience — required
7+ years of Net Revenue experience
Strong revenue accounting background
Working knowledge of commercial and government payor reimbursement structures
Must live in Houston or nearby areas (onsite availability required)
Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications
Experience retrieving data from systems such as Excel, Lawson, EPSI, or Crowe RCA
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics
CPA preferred but not required
Key Responsibilities
Support monthly financial close with a focus on data accuracy, trend modeling, and variance analysis
Prepare journal entries and reconciliations
Analyze financial data and identify trends for leadership decision‑making
Contribute to accounting reserve methodologies
Prepare schedules for external reporting, including auditors
Produce managed care contract performance and trending reports
Collaborate with finance executives and cross‑functional teams
Participate in net revenue software implementations and cross‑departmental projects
Stay current on reimbursement and regulatory changes
Mentor junior analysts and serve as a resource for the team
Uphold Memorial Hermann’s service standards and values
