Requirements:
- High school diploma.
- Must have 10+ years of Commercial HVAC Service experience.
- Prior experience managing and training service techs.
- Experience conducting maintenance checks and documenting recommendations for extending HVAC equipment life.
- Must be familiar with split systems, package units, air handlers, VAVs, VDFs, Pumps, Cooling Towers, Boilers, and Refrigeration.
- Prior experience organizing routes and dispatching service technicians to various locations.
- Strong troubleshooting capabilities for commercial HVAC equipment to guide and mentor technicians.
- Experience working with estimators to quote and find new business for the company.
- Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Must have strong business acumen with the ability to service customers and manage P&L to achieve gross profits.
- Self-motivated, very good verbal and written communications, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
- Must have clearance to drive a fleet vehicle.
- Ability to travel to job sites.
