Requirements: 

  • High school diploma.
  • Must have 10+ years of Commercial HVAC Service experience.
  • Prior experience managing and training service techs.  
  • Experience conducting maintenance checks and documenting recommendations for extending HVAC equipment life.
  • Must be familiar with split systems, package units, air handlers, VAVs, VDFs, Pumps, Cooling Towers, Boilers, and Refrigeration. 
  • Prior experience organizing routes and dispatching service technicians to various locations.
  • Strong troubleshooting capabilities for commercial HVAC equipment to guide and mentor technicians.
  • Experience working with estimators to quote and find new business for the company.
  • Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Must have strong business acumen with the ability to service customers and manage P&L to achieve gross profits.
  • Self-motivated, very good verbal and written communications, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
  • Must have clearance to drive a fleet vehicle.
  • Ability to travel to job sites.
