HVAC Project Manager. Boston

Our client is a mechanical contractor with a focus on HVAC and piping systems in complex commercial and industrial spaces. This is a company that’s built its reputation on deep technical knowledge, strong execution, and a culture that values integrity and doing the work right.

They’re looking for a PM who’s ready to own large-scale projects, lead teams, and represent the brand with confidence in the field and in the boardroom.

This isn’t a hands-off role. You’ll be involved from start to finish, guiding design review, managing budgets and schedules, coordinating subs and vendors, and working directly with field leadership. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring emerging talent and building strong relationships with clients that lead to repeat business.

• Strong background in HVAC and piping systems for commercial or industrial builds• Solid project management skills from precon through closeout• Ability to lead and coordinate across field, office, vendors, and clients• Familiarity with construction codes and best practices across Massachusetts• Tech-forward mindset—comfortable using project management and coordination software• Someone who’s calm under pressure, sharp in the field, and represents well with clients
