Family Law Partner/ Family Law Attorney

Salary. $300K.

This role is ideal for a seasoned attorney who handles complex, high-net-worth matters—including large estates, multi-business divorces, and sophisticated asset division (including crypto)—while also bringing and growing their own book of business.

The firm operates fully remote and is built around supporting its attorneys. All administrative, operational, and marketing functions are handled centrally, allowing partners to focus entirely on practicing law and serving clients.

What they’re looking for:

10+ years of experience exclusively in California family law.
Active member of the California Bar; CFLS designation preferred.

Proven experience handling high-net-worth and complex asset cases (including businesses and crypto).

Book of business generating approximately $500K+ annually.

Strong trial and litigation experience
Excellent legal writing skills (motions, declarations).

Experience in Marin County is a plus
Client-focused mindset with strong judgment and integrity.
